I just wanted to add that if USUK is incest because England more or less raised America as if he was his little brother, then that also makes FrUK and Spamano incest. And countless other “non- incest” pairings.
If you want to get really nitty gritty about it, it comes down to this: Either ships involving anthropomorphic personified countries are all incest pairings or none of them are.
